Principal

Biography

Tricia Weis brings a genuine love and dedication for Catholic education.  As a 1983 graduate of Saints Peter & Paul School, Mrs. Weis has a deep familiarity with the 167 years as a superb and integrated academic and faith community. She says returning to Saints Peter and Paul as principal is a tremendous gift.  She is overjoyed to begin the next chapter of her professional career at her alma mater, where her nine siblings have graduated, and where she has received all her sacraments.  
Mrs. Weis served as a principal in the Rockford Diocese for ten years as she began her administrative career.  Upon returning to the Joliet Diocese, Mrs. Weis served St. Petronille Catholic School, and brings to her new position an extensive background in curriculum development and educational data & assessment practices.  Mrs. Weis graduated from Augustana College receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education, and her M. Ed and Administrative license from the University of St. Francis.  She is armed with impeccable credentials, exceptional recommendations, and a strong vision for extraordinary faith and academic programming.  Mrs. Weis has a track record of providing significant enrollment increases, vibrant learning environments, and a cohesive working atmosphere. She shares that these achievements would not have been possible without the collaboration and support of the many priests, teachers and staff, parents and students, with whom she has been privileged to work.
Mrs. Weis and her husband Nick have five children, all who have attended Catholic elementary and high schools. They are active members of St. Mary Immaculate Parish where they serve as extraordinary ministers, and marriage prep team members.  Mrs. Weis co-leads the parish Women of Faith group. Mrs. Weis puts her heart and soul into the work God has called her to do. She looks forward to embracing the rich history while building a bright future, focused on setting students and staff up for success!  Her love for Jesus Christ and desire to spread His message of hope and peace is evident in the rich Catholic culture she is honored to develop, as she carries out her vocation in administrative leadership at Saints Peter and Paul parish school.

Vice Principal

Biography

Katie Paski considers herself truly blessed to not only be able to teach and mold the young minds of children at a Catholic school, but she too has been a product of Catholic education during her formative years.  She is forever grateful to her parents for providing the opportunity for her and her three younger siblings to have received a strong, Catholic education from Saints Peter and Paul Catholic School.  Her passion and desire to educate children, especially in a Catholic school, has led her back to her alma mater.  She is a proud member of the graduating class of 1999 from Saints Peter and Paul and the Benet Academy class of 2003.  Mrs. Paski joined the faculty and staff of Saints Peter and Paul in 2010, and formerly taught at Our Lady of Peace (a former school of the Diocese of Joliet) for three years before returning to her alma mater.  Mrs. Paski is the school’s Assistant Principal, and she teaches 7th and 8th grade Language Arts and Reading.
Mrs. Paski graduated from Illinois State University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with endorsements in Language Arts and Social Science.  She also holds two master’s degrees having graduated in 2010 with a Master of Science in Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Arts in School Leadership and Administration from Concordia University in 2012.
Mrs. Paski resides in Downers Grove with her husband and son.  Not only is she fortunate to teach at her alma mater, but she also coaches at another one of her alma maters as she is the Head Girls Cross Country Coach at Benet Academy.  Prior to coaching at Benet, she coached both cross country and track at York High School in Elmhurst.  She is also a long time group fitness instructor at Lifetime Fitness in Warrenville.  While not enjoying time teaching her students and coaching her athletes, Mrs. Paski enjoys spending time with her family, working out (especially running), reading a good book, and her extended family’s infamous game nights!

Vice Principal

Biography

Jane Moylan is in her 37th year in the Diocese of Joliet. She graduated from the University of St. Francis with a degree in English and Education. Jane initially taught Grades 5 and 6 at St. Mary's in Darien and then Grades 4 and 5 Math and Social Studies here at SSPP before transitioning to the role of Assistant Principal.
Jane was born and raised in Naperville and is an alum of Saints Peter and Paul. She is pleased that she has  spent the majority of her teaching career at her alma mater  where she was influenced by her teachers to pursue a career in education.
Jane met her husband Tom at St. Mary's where he was the Cross Country coach. They have two daughters  who are both SSPP graduates  While their daughters were at SSPP Jane & Tom  were  very involved in the school including serving as Home & School President. Two of their four grandchildren live in Naperville and are currently students at Saints Peter and Paul.
In her free time Jane enjoys reading, baking, attending grandkids  events , and traveling.

Bridget Evers

Biography

Bridget Evers comes to Saints Peter and Paul School from Old St. Patrick’s after fourteen years.  Bridget has worked for nonprofits in special events, fundraising, and membership.  She attended Catholic Schools from grammar school through high school and is dedicated to Catholic education.  Bridget graduated from Roosevelt University with a degree in Public Administration.  She loves being at Saints Peter and Paul School and being able to meet all our families!
Bridget lives in Clarendon Hills with her husband Matt, and two boys Patrick and Conor.  Patrick attends Benet Academy and Conor attends Notre Dame School in Clarendon Hills.  They are parishioners at Notre Dame Church and they enjoy being a part of the community.  She loves spending time with family and friends, watching movies, and traveling.  Bridget always tries to enjoy the little things because often they take up the most room in your heart!

Monica Bremner

Biography

Monica Bremner, RN, brings 25 years of nursing experience to the Saints Peter and Paul school community.  Mrs. Bremner completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Scranton.  She attended New York University receiving her Master of Arts in Nursing Education.  Mrs. Bremner has held multiple roles as a nurse.  While primarily caring for the sick in the Critical Care setting, she has also taught nursing at Loyola University Chicago and has worked as a nurse manager at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.  Most recently, Mrs. Bremner has worked as a trauma nurse clinician at Good Samaritan Hospital.  She looks forward to promoting the physical, mental, emotional and social health of the Saints Peter and Paul students.  She believes the opportunity to be a nurse at a Catholic school to be an extra blessing, as it will allow her to serve and care for students who are taught daily about the presence of God in their lives and in the world.  Mrs. Bremner sees this position not only as an opportunity to use her nursing skills to serve the school family, but also to enhance her own spiritual growth and enrichment.
Mrs. Bremner is an East Coast transplant, having been born and raised in Rockville, Maryland. She has lived in the Chicagoland area for the past 20 years, and in Naperville for the past 14 years.  She and her husband, Mike, and their four children are SSPP parishioners.  Their older two, Luke and Anna, are recent graduates of SSPP, while Molly (7th grade) and Clare (5th grade) are current SSPP students.  As products of Catholic education themselves, Monica and Mike feel blessed to be able to share this gift with their children.
The Saints Peter and Paul family has long held a special place in her heart, and now Mrs. Bremner is very excited to play this larger role in that family.  She looks forward to showing your children love and care as she tends to any medical needs they may have.

Colleen Nikiel

Biography

Colleen Nikiel has been part of the Saints Peter and Paul faculty since 2014.  After 3 years as a 4th and 5th grade teacher, she assumed the role of Director of Technology.  This role has allowed her to not only provide various forms of technological support to the administration, faculty, staff, students, and families but also be an integral part of the formulation of the school's long term technology plan.
Prior to SSPP, she taught 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades at St. Isaac Jogues in Hinsdale for seven years.  Growing up in the Lisle/Naperville area, she was a product of Catholic education and attended St. Joan of Arc and Benet Academy.  She loves being part of the tight-knit, Christ-centered community of teachers, students, families, and administrators that is genuinely present in Catholic schools.
Colleen graduated from Saint Mary’s College in 2006 with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Elementary Education.  She also earned a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction: Technology, Learning, and Design from Lewis University in 2010.
She currently resides in Naperville with her husband, Jonathan, and two children.  She loves being part of her neighborhood community and volunteers as a pool board member.  When given down time, she and her family like to go exploring in the great outdoors and have visited 13 National Parks in the last two years, with five more on the list for this coming summer.
